Be a living prayer of Peace...

What does it mean to “pray for peace? There is an irrefutable law of the universe that says: “What we focus on we draw to ourselves.” Our greatest and most effective prayer for peace, then is to be the peace we seek. At the very least, it means while praying for peace our thoughts and feelings are on what we desire, not on thoughts of the war or discord we want to eliminate. This is why watching the sunrise or sunset or gazing upon the beauty of nature is so useful as our daily peace prayer.
