When you choose peace, you are invited to let go of all resistance. If you say you value peace but have a war going on in your heart, you will forever be in conflict. Soften yourself to the great, eternal Flow from your SOURCE,(that which exsited before you came into being,) that permeates all that is. When you let the Flow enter you and move effortlessly in you, there is a calm and a harmony. In order to really be aware of this Flow, let go of all the distractions upon which your mind tells you to focus endlessly. Focus on the Eternal now within the heart of your being.
